My First Halloween Board book

Niece and nephew love it

I grew up with Tomie dePaola books and now my daughters are enjoying them too. These board books have just the right amount of pages to keep my busy toddler focused and I love the artwork, simple and entertaining. have My First Easter and My First Angels which are great books too.

Love Tomie de Paola books and his board books, especially. All the grandbabies, and now great-grandbabies, receive the full set of "My First..." holiday books...one at a time, of course!

Sent to my great grandson. My granddaughter lived reading it to him.

The book is great as expected from this great author. it was however delivered during a rainy week and the shipping box arrived soggy. The book was not in plastic or any covering inside so it must have gotten damp. It is a cardboard book so it does not lay flat. Warped. I do not have time to return it as I need to get it in the mail to my granddaugter for her first Halloween. Good book. Unhappy that it was not in plastic bag before shipping out.

My daughter-in-law loved this Halloween book for our grandson's first Halloween. She told me she really enjoyed the artwork and it reminded her of her own childhood books by Tomie dePaola. So happy they loved it! Now I need to get some other holiday books for him!

My 9 month old grandson wamted me to read this 5 times. Love the colors and artwork..

Nice little Halloween story book. A bit short but cute, nice for little ones Halloween bag.

This was book really has nothing to do with Babys first Halloween which was why I bought the book. That's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. That being said my 8 month old loves this book. He loves looking at the pictures. It is one of the only books I can get him to sit through

Great choice to give as a Halloween treat to those young enough to be celebrating their first Halloween.

I bought this for my grandson. It’s a simple, happy read ... and he seemed to enjoy it. Enough said.

Thought it was kinda blah at first but son liked it.

For a first grandchild! We've bought the entire series of major holidays for all of baby's "firsts". Nicely laminated and just the right amount of words for a young baby. Very satisfied.

Such a great book! Very pleased and the illustrations were so CUTE.

Excellent story for babies (and 1 & 2 yr olds) true to Tomie dePaola style. Also excellent for beginning readers!
